Oscar is responsible for ensuring the overall success of client engagements. He works with clients to uncover challenges, define innovative data and analytics solutions to meet their objectives. Oscar brings to the table a mix of strategic insights, analytics, marketing, and technology skills. His strengths include the ability to bring clarity to complex business challenges through data, analytics, and digital technology. Oscar resides in LA and is originally from DC, where he started his career working for some of the top digital agencies and technology consulting firms. Oscar is a graduate from the University of Maryland and, in his free time, enjoys mountain biking southern California trails.

Federico spearheads Venci’s data engineering and platform integration efforts. Federico has in-depth technical knowledge across the full data stack and strong business acumen. He is responsible for managing high-quality client deliverables and interfacing with Venci’s cross-functionally analytics team. Federico has 20+ years of technology experience in enterprise product development, Big Data implementations, and infrastructure modernization. Federico is an organizer of industry events and a frequent speaker at events such as Hadoop Summit, DataWorks Summit, and Strata Data. Federico is a founding member of Reacto Data and lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Senior Director, Data Science & Advanced Analytics
As the lead of Data Analytics, “Nico” is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. Nico has an innate curiosity about solving business challenges through advanced analytics. He applies statistical modeling, predictive analysis, machine learning, and data visualization tools to unlock rich insights from complicated information. With 15+ years of experience, Nico has been at the forefront of machine learning applications for top e-commerce platforms. Nico obtained a Masters in Machine Learning from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
