Pre-Approval
The owner will only consider offers accompanied by a pre-approval letter from a reputable lender. The letter shall state that the perspective buyer's credit has been checked, that the buyer's income and assets have been verified, and that the loan is not conditional on the sale of the buyer's current residency. Seller would prefer settlement in 30 days or less.

Seller welcomes buyers with agent and will offer a seller credit of up to 2.0%.
